Stadium Southland is the city’s largest dining room that can seat up to 950 for a dinner in SBS Bank Events Arena or up to 2000 when using the adjoining Community Arena as used for the World Vero Rally.

At Stadium Southland you are only limited by imagination when creating a unique gala dinner and banquet experience.  A formal dinner in the SBS Bank Events Arena which can be dressed up and blacked out for a stylish setting or a themed dinner in the middle of the ILT Velodrome.

Our Corporate Lounges are perfect for a more intimate dinner or cocktails and the moveable dividing walls mean we can cater for any size function.  Or an alternative option for cocktails is our Squash Courts in the foyer with moveable walls and can be dressed up with drapes, carpet and partitions.

We are able to assist with a full range of options such as seating, tables, black draping, partitions, carpeting, staging, dance floor and special effects lighting.  We are also happy to provide ideas for themes and entertainment - we’ll do everything we can to create a memorable experience for your guests.

Our features also include on site kitchens and well appointed conveniences, our caterers Elmwood Catering have extensive experience, a reputation for fine food and excellent service and will work with you to create a menu to suit your requirements.
