There is a selection of rooms in both the Stadium and ILT Velodrome that provide options for control rooms, media rooms, conference centre or tour manager’s office.

Ample vehicle access points throughout the venue.

720 sealed free to use car parks on-site, plus additional free parking on surrounding streets.

Chairs: singles seats, bucket seating in sets of four.

Presentation Equipment: data projector, interactive whiteboard, overhead projectors, screens, televisions, video players, DVD players, whiteboards, Lectern and Flip Charts.

Power: mobile three phase power unit, extension cords and multi boxes

Sound: portable microphones and mobile sound system

Heating: mobile gas heaters

Staging: stage risers (1.2 x 1.2 x .270), high staging (1.2 x 2.4 x .900)

Partition boards: for room dividers or notice boards

Carpet: 3020m² of carpet to transform the venue and protect the floors.

Drapes:  theatre draping to dress venue up

Spectators stand seating:  combination of demountable, fixed and mobile stand options

Demountable seating:

Can be configured to various different shapes and capacities of up to 1000.  It is a fully demountable system which means it can be utilised in a number of location options through the venue and can also be hired out to outside users.

Mobile stands:

We have a number of these mobile stands that seat 56 and 32 and are utilised throughout the venue.

Fixed:           Ray Harper stand: retractable stand for a maximum of 1591, retracts out over Court 2 in the SBS Bank Events Arena to create a centre court layout.  Can retract on a per row basis meaning it can suit all levels of spectator attendance events.

SBS Bank Stand: permanent seating for 761, located in SBS Bank Events Arena overlooking main court 1.

ILT Velodrome stand: permanent seating for 1064
