Drop-In Play Pods - Friday 16 October

Let your little ones run, bounce, climb and explore at our Drop-In Play Pods! A warm, dry and safe indoor play space designed especially for under 5s, featuring a mini inflatable and heaps of fun equipment to keep them entertained.

It’s also a great chance for you to connect to other parents and caregivers too.

ILT Southland Music Awards Show - Saturday 17 October

ILT Stadium Southland is proud to host the 2026 ILT Southland Music Awards Show, celebrating the incredible artists, entertainers, songwriters and industry contributors who make Southland’s music scene thrive!

Join us for a spectacular evening of live performances, special award presentations and the celebration of some of Murihiku’s most talented musicians. Six finalists will take to the stage to compete for the coveted Southland Entertainer of the Year title, with the winner decided by both the judging panel and audience vote.

We’ll also proudly welcome Hollie Longman, Asher Skerrett and Shannon Cooper-Garland into the Southland Music Hall of Fame, with each inductee celebrated through a special tribute and live performance.

Hosted by Nick Tansley, this is a night celebrating the people, stories and music that make Southland special.

After School Climbing Programme - Tuesday 27 October to Tuesday 1 December

Take your climbing to new heights with our 6‑week progressive Clip ‘n Climb programme on Tuesday afternoons, designed to build skills, confidence, and a love for movement in a fun, supportive environment.

⏰ Dates: 27 October, 3 November, 10 November, 17 November, 24 November & 1 December.

Choose from three levels to match your experience and goals:

Level 1 – Beginner Climbers | Tuesdays 4pm-5pm

Perfect for those new to climbing. Learn the basics, build confidence on the walls, and develop coordination and problem‑solving skills in a safe, encouraging space.

Level 2 – Intermediate Climbers | Tuesdays 5pm-6pm

Ideal for returning climbers ready to push themselves further. Improve technique, tackle more challenging climbs, and grow strength, resilience, and body awareness.

Level 3 - Advanced Climbers | Tuesdays 6pm-7pm

Open to all confident and experienced climbers. Ideal for climbers who have participated in our Intermediate Climbers programme.
